To place an order with us, you must be:

Providing accurate, complete, and current information when ordering.

3. Custom Orders

All garments sold by MYSTEREZ are made-to-order and tailored to your specifications. This includes:

Custom sizing
Fabric selection
Design modifications (where applicable)

Please review all details carefully before placing your order. Once submitted, the order enters production and cannot be modified or canceled.

4. No Refunds or Returns

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including (but not limited to):

Change of mind
Incorrect sizing due to inaccurate measurements provided by the customer
Delays caused by third-party couriers

We strongly recommend double-checking all specifications before submitting your order. If you need guidance, our team is happy to assist before the purchase is made.

5. Production & Delivery

Production times may vary depending on complexity and volume but typically range from 14 days.
You will be notified when your item is ready to ship.
MYSTEREZ is not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including designs, images, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of MYSTEREZ and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

MYSTEREZ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our services or products. Our maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.
